Reaching out to one another in fellowship and discipleship are at the heart of the New Testament Church. Our small group ministry is meant to "cultivate community" through teaching and relationships in informal home settings as well as through groups that meet in church facilities. A quote from the article, "Why Small Groups?", states: "...Personal growth does not happen in isolation. It is the result of interactive relationships. Small groups are God's gift to foster changes in character and spiritual growth."
Join us as we explore missional living!
From Sunday, January 14th, each weekly small group at Emmanuel will be integrated with our new 10 a.m. Sunday morning sermon series: "Moses: Man on a Mission." Together, we will learn to recognize the areas of influence that God has entrusted to us individually and as a congregation. Living missionally, we will take steps of faith to communicate the Gospel through our words and actions.
